**Guarantee Coverage:**

1. **Virus Protection Guarantee:** If your pet has been taking Pup Shield Pet Immune Support Supplement consistently for a minimum of 30 days and meets all the conditions stated below, we guarantee that your pet will be protected from covered viruses during this period.

2. **Vet Expenses Coverage:** In the unlikely event that your pet contracts a covered virus within the warranty period and you have fulfilled all the conditions stated below, we will cover up to $500 of eligible veterinary expenses related to the treatment of the covered virus.  Diagnostics are not covered.

**Conditions for Warranty Coverage:**

1. **Minimum Age Requirement:** Your pet must be at least 12 weeks old at the time of starting the Pet Immune Support Supplement.

2. **Vaccination Status:** Your pet must be fully vaccinated as per the recommended vaccination schedule for their species and age. Proof of vaccination records may be required in the event of a claim.

3. **Consistent Usage:** The Pet Immune Support Supplement must be administered as per the recommended dosage consistently for a minimum of 30 days without interruption.

4. **Expiry Date:** The warranty coverage is valid as long as you are enrolled in our autoship program or provide proof of purchase and delivery within a 30 day period that confirms a dose could not be missed.

5. **Covered Viruses:** The warranty covers canine distemper virus, canine adenovirus type 1(hepatitis), canine adenovirus type 2 (respiratory disease), canine parainfluenza virus, canine parvovirus, Leptospira canicola and Leptospira icterohaemorrhagiae. Only those viruses will be eligible for coverage.

6. **No Pre-existing Conditions:** The warranty does not cover any pre-existing health conditions that your pet may have had before starting the Pet Immune Support Supplement.

**Claim Process:**

1. In the unfortunate event that your pet contracts a covered virus during the warranty period, immediately consult a licensed veterinarian for diagnosis and treatment.

2. Retain all original veterinary receipts and documentation related to the treatment of the covered virus.

3. Contact our customer support team within 15 days of diagnosis at claims@pupshieldwarranty.com to initiate the claim process.

4. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps and documentation required to process your claim.

**Exclusions:**

1. Any expenses exceeding the specified limit of $500 will be the sole responsibility of the pet owner.

2. This warranty does not cover any non-viral illnesses, injuries, or any other conditions not explicitly mentioned as covered viruses.

3. This warranty does not cover diagnostics.

3. Claims will not be honored if any of the conditions for warranty coverage mentioned above are not met.
